1 killed, 1 injured in shooting in downtown Oak Cliff, Dallas police say
One person was killed and another injured in a shooting in downtown Oak Cliff on Saturday afternoon, Dallas police say.
At approximately 4.30pm, officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Legendary Lane off South Polk Street where they discovered a teenager had been shot.
The teenager was taken to hospital, where he died of his injuries, police said.
A second person was injured, according to police, and taken to hospital with an injury that was not considered life threatening.
